Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we will assist in working with the carrier, we are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be re-shipped.
